What can I import from?

ChatGPT exports, Claude conversation exports, Gemini exports, CSV files and .alma archives from another Alma account. Import has SSE progress, preview before commit and Vectorize-based dedup.

Will import duplicate things I already have?

No. Import runs semantic dedup against your existing memories using the same Jaccard + keyword overlap rules as the live consolidator. Near-duplicates are merged, exact duplicates are skipped.

Can I export my whole account in one shot?

Yes — Settings → Data & Privacy → Export everything. ZIP archive with .alma format, GDPR-compliant, no waiting period.
