Which calendar providers are supported?

Google Calendar (OAuth with webhook push), CalDAV (iCloud, Fastmail, Nextcloud, GroupWise, custom servers) and read-only ICS subscriptions. Multiple accounts per user, per-calendar color overrides.

Can the chat agent read and edit my calendar?

Yes. The chat has calendar tools — list events, create, update, delete, find free slots — that respect your active environment so work calendars stay separate from personal.

Is my calendar data shared with anyone?

No. Events are stored in your Alma database, encrypted at rest, and never shared with marketing, analytics or third-party trackers. Disconnect any source at any time.

How does conflict resolution work?

Bidirectional sync uses ETag-aware change detection. When a remote event changes during a local edit, Alma surfaces a conflict resolution UI so you decide the winner — no silent overwrites.

Calendar integrations

Calendar integrations let you connect Google Calendar, Apple/iCloud, Fastmail, Nextcloud, GroupWise or any CalDAV server to Alma. The chat agent can answer questions like “what do I have on Friday?”, “move my 3pm to Thursday” or “block 2h tomorrow for deep work”. Plus ICS subscriptions for read-only feeds. Data stays in your Alma — nothing is shared with marketing or external trackers.
